Potential Subcontractors

 

In line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Bath College’s Subcontracting Policy (page 5, clause 10), potential subcontractors can request a subcontracting application form detailing the information required for consideration and due diligence.

 

In the first instance, enquiries should be sent to the Assistant Principal, Business and Technical Skills, Chris George (Chris.George@bathcollege.ac.uk). A deadline will be provided for receipt of the application.

 

Subcontracting decisions are generally made in the summer term for the next academic year.
